- Planning Services
- ServiceBuilder is great planning software for worship leaders and music directors. Plan seeker services and worship services. Our database contains hundreds and hundreds of popular worship songs and hymns.
- Add any sequence of services in one simple step
- Plan music, dramas, and video clips which fit topically.
- Store elements (lyrics, text charts, drama scripts, videos, etc) in one convenient digital location.
- Go to the worship song you wish to use, and click 'Add to Service' to have it included in your playlist instantly.
- Your worship package is auto-timed, and songs can be filtered according to speed, key, last time it was used, popularity, and more.
- Add comments, scripture reading, or other notes between songs.
- When ready, simply click one button to make a PowerPoint presentation automatically!

- Every copy and use of material goes into a separate 'reporting' database. When CCLI requests your yearly report, simply click 'print' and mail it! (Now that CCLI requires online submission, you can click a button to add your song to their reporting database.)

- Automatically confirm with scheduled musicians, sending them a link they can click which checks off their name in your database

- Each person can be added to an unlimited number of 'roles.' Examples of roles would be drummers, actors, ushers, attendees, newcomers, members, or anything else. Search these roles easily and then report on them however you wish. You may build your own phone directories, mailing labels, etc. Alternatively you may contact them each individually (inserting their name and contact information in the email wherever you want).

- A tasks list is integrated into ServiceBuilder. This 'Ministry Tasks' list can help increase efficiency for your whole pastoral staff team, volunteer leaders, and even elders.
- Print out 'Staff Agenda' view to see points of discussion.
- Print out 'Elder Report' view to let your elders see what you and your leadership team are working on.
- Elders, leaders and other for whom you give permission can access the tasks online. New items can be added, notes can be placed with the tasks.
