At this time, ServiceBuilder requires that you have Office Professional, with Microsoft Access installed, or that you download and install the Access Runtime version, below.

WARNING

If you're upgrading ServiceBuilder, back up your data file, called sb_data.mdb. Copy it to somewhere else on your hard drive. Otherwise, this install may overwrite your data file!

NOTE

If you have not registered, then ServiceBuilder will ask for a registration key each time it is opened. Please note that a registration key is not necessary to enjoy all of the features. It is a fully functional demo, even if you have not yet registered.

Also Note

ServiceBuilder consists of two separate by equally important parts: the database and the program which accesses the database. You'll need to show ServiceBuilder where the database is when you first install it. See here for more information.

Download ServiceBuilder.exe - The database, fonts, help file, and program which accesses the database, etc.
Download HelpVideo.exe - This is a large file, and contains 12 help videos like those located on this site. You will be able to view them from within the ServiceBuilder 'Getting Started' wizard.
Download Access Runtime Version - If you don't have Office Professional
Download the PAD File - If you want to put ServiceBuilder on your download site.
